(Enola, PA) - The Members 1st Charitable Foundation, which is celebrating its 5th anniversary in 2026, is pleased to announce the recipients of its second funding cycle of the year. A total of $56,500 was awarded to 13 nonprofit organizations whose programs and services are helping to build stronger, healthier and more financially sound communities throughout South Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania...

"From supporting children and families to expanding access to food, housing, mental health resources and financial education, these nonprofits are strengthening communities in meaningful ways. We are honored to support their efforts and the positive impact they have across our region.”
The following organizations have been selected to receive grants for their impactful projects and initiatives:
- Adams County Children's Advocacy Center – Adams County, PA
- Animal Rescue League of Berks County – Berks County, PA
- Caring Cupboard, Inc. – Lebanon County, PA
- Children's Aid Society – York County, PA
- Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) – Lancaster County, PA
- Friends of Ephrata Police Foundation – Lancaster County, PA
- Joshua Group – Dauphin County, PA
- KidsPeace – Lehigh County, PA
- Love INC of Greater Hershey – Dauphin County, PA
- NAMI Cumberland and Perry Counties – Cumberland and Perry Counties, PA
- Safe Berks – Berks County, PA
- Tri-County Community Housing – Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry Counties, PA
- Vista Foundation – Cumberland County, PA
Grant recipients were selected for programs that advance the Foundation's mission through youth and family support, food security, housing stability, mental health services, financial education and overall community well-being.
The Foundation's third funding cycle of 2026 will close on August 1, 2026. Eligible nonprofit organizations interested in applying for funding can review application requirements and submit materials at members1stfoundation.org.
